Game Development

I make games that are often funny, unexpected, and human (even though they aren’t always about humans).  In 2018 I was lucky enough to win the Game Development World Championship.  Bellow are some examples of my work. Things I do in games include:

Design

Character art

Writing

Teaching

Unity development

GameMaker development

And more

Just, Bearly

Winner of GDWC 2018, and finalist at Freeplay festival 2018.

A comedic story game played in vignettes, about feeling anxious as a bear in inner city Melbourne, Australia, and trying to connect to people none the less.

Re-Connecting

A game made from water colour paintings about family ties and sleepy country towns.

Returning to your home town after studying in the big city, explore the Australian bush while you explore a fragmented but fond relationship with your sister. Recall, reconcile and reconnect.

Fabenspiel

Meaning play of colours in German, Fabenspeil is a first person twitch shooter that asks you to quickly mix and match colours as you avoid deadly enemies.
